Marvelous Energy
Carol can fire powerful concussion blasts or beams of photon and stellar light energy from her hands and fingertips. She can do this at will, instantly, or she can charge the blasts (5 to 15 seconds) for more devastating power. Ms. Marvel can also use this energy as a protective coating around her body which can be used for defending attacks, but mostly it allows her to combat weapons and other various attacks with her bare hands.

A blast can be different to a beam, decide on which one you want it to be.

How large is the shield that she can create with this attack? Also, does she need to be immobile while she's using the shield?

as for Pricing, 300 initially + 300 for the charge time + 300 for the shield. So at the moment it is 900 OM

I literally pulled this time frame from an already accepted move on Orion's roster, his ki beam and blast. (Also, Sasuke can charge his fireball for up to 25 seconds. What do?)

The 'shield' is just a protective coating, so we're talking a thin layer, not a big bubble or anything, just enough to case her skin. She can use it while moving, but obviously long periods of use can be draining. It's mostly used so that Marvel can block weapons with her hands without injury, defensive shield use is secondary.

I guess the charge time is fine then.

For the shield, if it covers your whole body, or an area of 3ft in diameter, then it requires area shield.

For the beam/ blast thing I'm not sure, I've always seen a blast as being different than a beam (a beam being a sustained energy attack like the kamehameha, and a blast being just like a normal energy shot). I'm going to ask some of the other mods to see if they think it's different enough to warrant an extra 300.
