Natural Weapons, Maturity
#5
Thank you Trixie and Adam for answering my questions on the matter.

One last one, this one on a different topic; rules on "graphic content".

In the rules of conduct, I saw;
Sexual or violent content is permitted, to an extent. We're pretty loose on what you can post here. However, sexual gratuity should not be described in extremely explicit detail. We're not that kind of site. If you're not sure on what's acceptable then ask a staff member. Sometimes it may be appropriate to put 'Mature' in the title of a topic or a
-tagged OOC warning at the beginning of a post in order to warn people of extremely graphic or upsetting content. Given the nature of the website, some degree of violence is to be expected, but be especially mindful around sensitive subjects or when roleplaying with others.
So here's a few quick questions related to that:

1. "Sexual gratuity should not be described in extremely explicit detail"... so how descriptive can a "sexual scene" get? Is a scene of a sexual nature allowed at all? Without needing an actual full on example, how far can this go without breaking the rules of conduct?

2. Would "[ quote ] Warning, mature content ahead [ /quote ]" constitute a sufficient 'tagged OoC warning' or am I misunderstanding what 'tagged OoC warning' means?

3. As far as violence is concerned, where's the limit? How far can one go without requiring a Mature warning? How far can one go without breaking the rules of conduct?
