So how is this going to work/ how will the winner be determined?

Are we going to treat this like a PvP fight?

I'm still kind of working this as an over-arching story, so no, I wasn't going to treat it like a PvP fight. You can totally get with Nebula and figure something else out above my pay-grade, if you want. I'm just kinda moving the story along.
