Official Move Approval III

Minato Namikaze Wrote:
Quote:Rasengan (Physical Strength) (300) – The Rasengan is a ball of chakra that is formed in the users hand by spinning and twisting Chakra around the palm of the user’s hand. The chakra is then compressed into a destructive ball of spiraling, blue, chakra that can be thrust into an opponent to cause damage. The Rasegan takes 5 seconds of full concentration to form in the palm of the user’s hands and is able to be maintained for a maximum of 3 minutes before dispersing. Since the Rasengan is a physical form of the user’s chakra, it requires no extra chakra use to maintain it for the entire three minutes. If the Rasengan is not utilized within the 3 minutes, it becomes unstable and disperses into thin air. The size of a normal Rasengan is the size of the users entire palm (this has no effect on the strength of the move).

putting up an Upgrade for this move.

Double Rasengan (+300 OM) - Minato takes an extra five seconds to charge his Rasengan, in this time, he is able to create a second Rasengan in his other hand, effectively producing two separate Rasengan at the same time.

Making a change to this as I feel I wasn't clear enough (never got it approved though).

Rasengan: Double form (+300 OM) - Minato holds up whichever hand is not being used for the first Rasengan and, after charging for an extra five seconds, forms a second Rasengan in this hand. Effectively producing two Rasengan, one in each hand.

Approved with Rasengan now at 600.

Lubbock Wrote:Iron Skin (Tier 1 Power-Up - 1000 OM): Lubbock wraps his wires around his torso, arms and legs, highly increasing his defensive potential, as well as increasing the damage of his unarmed strikes and distance he can throw objects. As much of his thread is utilised in this process, it takes around five seconds to armour up.
ATK: +2
DEF: +2
SPD:
TEC: +1

Realm-Cutting Thread (Tier 1 Power-Up - 1000 OM): Cross Tail, Lubbock's weapon, is made from the fur of a large dragon. Covering the creature's vital organs is much stronger, much sharper fur. This fur is Lubbock's strongest thread; the Realm-Cutting Thread. This string can hold back much heavier objects and deal much more damage. The strings also seems to cut through the air itself, speeding up Lubbock's attacks.
ATK: +2
DEF: +1
SPD: +2

Both Approved.

Wakka Wrote:Tidal Shot
Ranged Proficiency, Debuff Proficiency
Utility Super Move
Wakka forces his life-force into his Blitzball, and then corkscrew kicks into towards the opposition. If it lands successfully, the shot discombobulates Wakka’s opponent, and nullifies the boost of whatever transformation he or she is in. This nullification lasts until the opponent powers back down.
Weaknesses/Limitations
This does not work on alternate forms, or any other form that does not boost the power of the opponent.
This Super Move is only effective on Tier 1 Power-ups/Transformations.
To maintain the nullification of his opponent’s transformation, Wakka must continue to expend SP equivalent to his opponent’s power-up cost, per round (If the opponent decides to discontinue use of their power-up, the Debuff is broken, and Wakka no longer needs to expend SP to maintain the nullification).
Unlike many of his Blitzball attacks, this Move’s trajectory cannot be manipulated, due to the necessary transfer of energy.
Furthermore, Wakka can only use this Super Move (or any other move of this type) once per fight, or else of could potentially kill him.

Hmmm... well, the limitations do balance this out... Alright, Approved.
