Just to clear up a few things, in case it wasn't clear for anyone who reads this.

Secondaries are different to primes as they do not have the ability to passively gain om (that is an ability given to primes by Omni). Their deaths are also permanent.

That being said, Omnillium isn't the only thing that makes someone strong within the Omniverse. Secondaries can just keep getting stronger and stronger, Primes just do it faster due to Omnillium.
