Requirements: Not affiliated with the Kingdom, Pokemon Liberation Front or Rebels.
Difficulty: Moderate (5000-10,000 words dependent on writing quality)
Reward: +300 OM and increased Influence with the Empire.

Success! And Omni decreed that any collaboration is worth rewarding, so while only you get the quest turn in, you both get a participation bonus. =D
