What about after they've been created, though?
In the case of Primes, they can absorb OM, so it makes sense for them to unlock new moves as time goes on, but how would that work for Secondaries? In some cases (such as buying a sword from a weapons shop), it seems like they should be able to acquire new moves (so long as they remain within the OM maximum for their level, of course), but in cases where they'd "unlock" new abilities, how could that be explained without them having absorbed OM? Or can they just not do that?
