For The Guitar: Sending enemies flying with the soundwaves would be fine if there was some degree of charge for it or preparation. As it is, it sounds pretty much instant, and the level of force required to send someone flying and slam them into a wall is not insignificant, making the technique seem fairly powerful, on top of that, and it doesn't seem like it would be very tiring, either. S'not a good combination. You're fine to be able to blast people with soundwaves, but they won't be too powerful on their own. Adding in a charge or preparation time, or making it much more fatiguing to use would add in some of the power you seem to be going for. The elemental attacks should be fine, also with the listed changes for the soundwaves. One more good thing to mention, since you list Area Attack as a requirement, is what the range of the attack is -- both how far it goes, and how much area it covers. How fast the actual attacks are once you DO use them would also be good to mention.
For The High C: This seems fine for the most part. Add in some mention of how long it takes to prepare or how long it takes for the deafening sound levels to be reached and take effect. How far away it effects, and what the overall area is will also be needed to know.
And for both techniques, how long it actually takes to summon the guitar and microphone. Shouldn't need more than a second or two for either one, I'd say.
