Burning Aura-
(300)If he is close to his foe, he can grab them, allowing his aura to attack them while in the area. The damage is minor and controlled, as to not affect a friendly.
(300)Retane can charge and power up and his aura out to a one foot radius and make them stronger.

1) How exactly does the aura attack your opponent? Describe it for me. Is it like the shield variant in that it burns them? Your use of 'grab' confuses me. Do you mean to restrain them with your aura?
2) How long does it take to charge the aura?

Hyper Death Barrage!(To be renamed)-(300?) Retane places his outstretched hands together out infront of of him. It takes around three seconds to charge. He releases the energy, sending a massive amount of tailed orbs at his target. Its strong and a draining attack.

You should detail whether or not the orbs explode on contact or not and IMO, this sounds better suited as a super move, but yea, 300 sounds good to me.
