I'm going to say no to that time. Foresight is supposed to be a moments notice, which means a short amount of time. I would say a moment in regards to foresight would be 2 - 3 seconds a max of 5. The max time that I would allow for this would be up to 15 seconds.

3 Minutes is way too much time.
