If you want your claws to be a weapon, they must be purchased as a move, otherwise the only time they will be used to effective standards would be during your Dark Claw slash.
Dark Claw Slash - What does coating his Claws in dark energy actually do? If I may suggest turning this into a ranged move? instead of being a melee attack, he would coat his claws in Dark Energy and when he swings his arm, the Dark energy fires off towards an opponent? Like something similar to Inuyasha's Blades of Blood.
Of course, you can keep the Dark Claw Slash as is
