[Minato Namikaze]

Deception(300 Requires Stealth) Demetri summons an exact clone in his place as he fades and leaves the clone behind. Demetri is able to move about freely. The clone continues whatever action Demetri was in the middle of, and continues with a specified move set. This starts as soon as the clone is created, which begins with the clone dodging or defending against any immediate attacks. Once it is no longer being attacked, the clone closes in for an attack of its own. The clone has up to five seconds to do so, but can be defeated before its timer is up, as it can only withstand one solid hit. If it lands its attack, its essence disperses, causing no harm to its opponent. When the clone vanishes, Demetri's stealth then breaks, no matter his position. Any attack Demetri makes while the clone is active deactivated the clone. This move is meant to create an opening for Demetri to attack his opponent.

Edit: If i wanted to use this for non-combat purposes as well, such as serving as a passive decoy, would that be allowed with the current setup, or would I need to include that/ pay more for it?

Just remember that anyone with enhanced senses will not be fooled by this (like sasuke said), until you decide to upgrade it later with suppression

I already have suppression, should that be included or am I fine?

I would add it in, otherwise the move wouldn't have anything in it that mentions the use of suppression, and it might confuse people at some point. Adding suppression as a requirement doesn't change the move and it is still approved (with suppression)

Just your standard super defense tier 1 armor. Fun flavor text.

Shroud of the Human Sacrifice
Cost: 600 Om
Requires: Tier 1 Super Defense
Through years of study and research of the ruins of the third great Shinobi War’s history, Ururu found data regarding the affinities and natures of the Bijuu. The Shroud of the Human Sacrifice is the first step in creating jinchuuriki like properties without the actual beast. The end result in this particular feat is an Absolute Defense meant to block out all forms of bodily harm for a short time with an intense well defined energy armor around their body. During this time the user appears to become slightly more bestial while their adrenaline spikes and chakra exaggerates their personality and the armor begins to reflect it in shape, including some form of tail.

For some time afterward the glow and shape of this technique remains even though it loses its ability to repel damage though. If need be it can be dispelled at a whim.

Chakra Walking
Cost: 300 Om
Requires: Physical Strength
Through passive manipulation of chakra within the body, the user is able to attach or anchor themselves to surfaces as if they were normal ground such as walls, ceilings and water without suffering any loss of ability. The technique is basic enough where it costs the user little to nothing and requires no concentration to perform while still allowing them to perform other chakra intensive techniques.

Shroud Of The Human Sacrifice - this would be akin to a Jinchuriki 1 and 2 tailed chakra cloak yes? Super Defenses end once they have finished their purpose, so after it has blocked whatever damage it was required to, the shroud would disappear (I quess it could be a slow fade if that's how you want to Role play it, but it's completely fodder and provides no extra protection)

Chakra Walking - Back when I was Kito (My own Naruto OC with his own Awesome Doujutsu and stuff... Eventually he got swapped out and I ended up with Minato) I asked about this. I can't quite remember the answer, but I think this could be fine as a Role Play fodder move, but don't quote me on that. I would wait for Proto or another mod to review this move.

Shroud - Correct and that's the premise I'm going on. But yeah after it serves its purpose of keeping her alive its useless beyond being part of Ururu's Special Effects fodder. Hence that last section.

Chakra Walking - No problem.
