After replying to the questions listed on the forms and asked by the Ashen attendant (Quite snarkily), the woman behind the desk led her to Facility 17. This is where many of the Primes she would kill were training and getting ready for the real deal. Dawn merely went to the training area where she hoped there was a shooting range.
