I would just like to point out that this whole 'Working backwards' thing was my fault. I did that once and that is what led to this whole problem.
What you have to understand is that this was at a very crucial time for me, I had just become staff and I was trying to get the easier stuff done first, and It just so happened that the easier Approvals was the most recently posted stuff.
When we approach Move approvals, we try to do it in bulk. And we try to start with the moves that haven't been looked at that we think is the oldest post. Unfortunately it seems like there were older posts that hadn't been looked at and we missed them. We're only human and this happens sometimes.
