"Compliance, eh? That's a new one." Dredd mumbled, keeping his gun pointed straight at Harley's face. The Judge took out a pair of high-tech hand cuffs, and harlequin held out her hands with a giant, fake pout on her face. The two black bands seemed to wrap themselves around her forearms and seal shut with a hiss. Dredd grabbed her arm and roughly hauled her to her feet, leading Harley outside where Dredd's EPD swoop was waiting. Harley looked at the single seat hover bike and then up at Dredd with a quizzical look on her face.
"You mean I get ta wrap my arms around you the whole way upstairs? Hubba hubba." she said with a manic grin. Dredd had no visible reaction, and simply grumbled an order at the bike like it was some sort of dog.
"Pursuit. Tag Along."
With that, a sidecar suddenly unfolded itself from the right side of the bike, snapping into place when it was complete.
"Aw." the clown muttered.
...
A good twenty minutes later, Dredd was once again, roughly pushing Harley around as they went in through the back entrance of the EPD HQ, into the booking department. Harley noted how everyone seemed to get real quiet as soon as this guy set foot inside a room. There was a woman who was, miraculously, not dressed in some form of body armor sitting behind the front desk.
"Well, lookit what we got here. Dredd brought us a live one." she said, looking Harley over with utterly judgemental eyes.
"The Prime Cooperated. Sentence reduced to Interrogation and release on probation." Dredd said plainly, keeping a firm grip on Harley's arm. By this point, the clown was completely bored out of her skull, especially compared to the shit that had just gone down earlier.
"Alright then, put her in the tank and we'll take it from here." the booking officer said, nodding her head over at a rather normal looking jail cell. What with how fancy the rest of the city looked, Harley had been expecting some sort of laser beam prison. Nah. It was just a ten by ten pokey with a pot and a fun little contingent of three, white armored guards who kept their guns on her at all times. Dredd shoved her inside and slammed the cell shut without another word before turning on his heel and walking around the corner, out of sight.
Guy really knew how to make a girl feel special.
