1. How large is the ball of energy?

It's about the same size as a soccerball. It starts out small before it gets to it's full size.

2. Instantaneous creation is generally something that we don't do. However, a few seconds to create this ball of energy between his hands would be fine.

I wanted to correct that. It actually takes a window of 3 seconds for creation; it's just I thought it would be instantaneous at first.

3. What is the maximum distance? How far can it travel before the move dissipates?

Something about medium-long range; I know it isn't an exact estimation but it's something. I apologize if I'm struggling here but measurements aren't my best.

4. What is the blast Radius? it's an area attack so it's larger than 3 feet. but what is it's exact radius?

Again, measurements aren't my forte but, once it unleashes it's power, it would affect at the most, 4-5 feet, of the opponent.
