Are there some In Character Rules in the Tournament and what are they?
I mean this specifically in reference to Primes and their ability to use OM as well as Secondaries.
Does the Tournament have healing staff on hand to allow Primes to Recover? What about SP?
Can Primes use healing, and use Secondaries to heal themselves? (If there is enough time between matches we can always Summon more Secondaries.)
