Out of the Gate and into the Renaissance Fair
#16
Ururu blinked, “Slumber party? I mean sure Rebbecca-chan, it sort of fits... but wouldn’t it be more a camping party?”

Shaking her head for a moment her scratchy cleared itself as she began to rifle through her duster and pulled out thick tome. This thing had been acting odd for her far more often than she could count. Namely a lot of information she had read but never written down had found its way in here. Maybe it had something to do with crossing over into the omniverse in how the various fuuinjutsu inscriptions had melded together even though she couldn’t perform them anymore.

Like the lingering power of the Original Ururu having been absorbed into it.

Chakra was the spirit and body of a person. Her experiences, the essence of who she was, was engrained in the bound leather and silver of the tome. Flicking through a few pages she focused on one specific set of knowledge.

She opened it up and spoke, “Slumber Parties 101: Everything you Wanted to know but were too Afraid to Ask”

Ururu gave a pained grin as she read one of the lines… “Well this is useless, not like we can make prank calls. Unless someone happened to bring along a cell phone when That Bastard abducted us and it still somehow has a connection.”

Her’s… well she had smashed it upon faking her death. Last thing she needed was to have someone triangulate her position based on its data transponder. She still remembered all her contacts by heart, most of the contacts in the world of knowledge and science. The few she had counted on as friends were dead save her sensei…

Yeah. Fun times.
