For instance -hypothetically, if a Prime was given huge amounts of time and Omnilium and wasn't interrupted by people not being too happy at the disruption, could they summon something like a natural disaster (tornado, thunderstorm, volcano), a "fake" sun or similar crazy stuff?
But yes, no combat effect, obviously.
