Move Creation Workshop

Targeting a preexisting clone/doll under the user’s control or taking the time to perform the hand seals and chakra molding associated with said technique, the user is able to relieve themselves of their body and take this new body as their own. This results in their leaving behind the old body, and any damage it may have taken, and it being able to serve as Clone/Doll vessel for a persona as per the mechanics of Twin Sacrificial Rebirth.
The wording of the Twin Sacrificial Rebirth confuses the hell out of me, so I'm having a hard time tracking what it is. It sounds like a clone that can't fight, because that'd be an Assist?

But, back to this one, it seems as though you're removing ALL damage that's dealt to you with this move, which seems extreme, especially for a Tier 1. I might suggest that you put SOME of the damage onto the clone? Like, the clone absorbs some of the damage, maybe either "Up to X damage" or "for X% of her total damage". Both options are more useful in certain situations. I'd personally say, "Up to 4 Damage" or "for 25% of all current damage."

I have to use an assist to power them up for combat, but yeah that's the general idea. Otherwise they are just highly useful secondaries.

How about, "At minimum heals 4 Damage and a maximum of 25% of total."
