Most of it looks good now.
For Small Blades, you can have two blades at once count as a single 300 OM move. For example, you could have 'Dual Daggers' be a single move at 300 OM. However, you can only have one type of weapon per move. Daggers and scalpels would be two different moves, for example, costing 300 OM each (or under the same move for 600 OM). Also, if you want some of the blades to be throwable, you'll need the Ranged Proficiency. You should have plenty left over if you want to buy those.
I'll let you decide what to do and rework your sheet. Just let me know when you're ready.
