Having a long summon time isn't a terrible disadvantage really. Having variable summons would make it cost more and disabling another move you have isn't really a disadvantage at all, you can have unlimited moves.

My two cents. 2 summon times, two fighting modes, 1200 OM.

And two separate functions, a two bladed weapon with one anti armor and one not, make that 1800 om
