Hi there!
Powers, proficiencies and items are limited to those you can find on those pages. You'll want the Physical Strength proficiency (1000 OM) and the Stealth Power (1200 OM). Moves are where you make up your own stuff, including original items like katanas. See Moves for more info.
For Shadow Walk as a move you will need one of these powers: Disassemble, Phasing or Teleportation. Teleportation will be needed if you want to disappear from one shadow and reappear from another somewhere else.
Dead Man's Tales is free so long as it's just for roleplaying fodder.
Sword Spirit looks like a Power-Up. You can't buy Power-Ups until you hit level 2, I'm afraid.
Soul Wound is too overpowered. See the moves pages for more details on balancing attacks.
Please go through the list again and make a new sheet. I'd recommend a thorough read of the rules pages. More details on your character's appearance (hair colour, height etc) would also be appreciated unless you'd prefer to find a character picture.
