Inquiring about using Telepathy as a means to control the minds of secondaries and willing Primes.

I know Telepathy doesn't directly speak on mind control, but constantly brainwashing someone with the same message telepathically could enrage them to do your bidding.

Just wanted to see if Telepathy could be used that way, or if I would need additional powers to bolster its application.
