I know Telepathy doesn't directly speak on mind control, but constantly brainwashing someone with the same message telepathically could enrage them to do your bidding.
Just wanted to see if Telepathy could be used that way, or if I would need additional powers to bolster its application.
This would require a move, possibly even a Super Move to function for an extended period of time. The drawbacks would likely need to be massive, as well. Fusing with a secondary/NPC, on the other hand, would probably give you some liberties with their mind.
BUT, with the way you're planning to use it..... It can act as a weak compulsion tactic and not need a move so long as it is not being used to influence a fight. So, yes!
