There's no point in adding the stuff about being ranged into the description of the move if you're not utilizing it. you're better off purchasing it as an upgrade later and leaving it out until then. That way the move (at present) only costs 300 instead of the required 600 and you can use it to full potential until you upgrade it.

I'm assuming that stuff about trapping an opponent is talking about Trap Star? if so, you don't need that as part of this description, just describe what this move can do at the current time and then upgrade it later.
