Soul Resonance could be a power up/ transformation (I've seen soul eater twice, so I'm very familiar with the powers and abilities)

Obviously it's completely up to you, Black Star, but having also watched Soul Eater, I'd agree with Minato on this one.

Since Meisters are normally able to use their weapons without needing Resonance, I don't really see why you'd need to restrict yourself to using Tsubaki only during it. It'd probably make more sense just as a power-up.
