Out of the Gate and into the Renaissance Fair
#2
Ururu and Hikaru had been walking in companionable silence for a while with not a trace of a single bit architecture beyond a broken down cart that was beyond Ururu’s ability to repair at the moment. Not that she would have given that if she could she wouldn’t need it in the first place.

So as it stood, or rather it didn’t, made it a moot point.

If not for the fact that they had actually seen people Ururu might have been worried that this place would have been completely uninhabited and that Mad God had lied. But that brought up another subject that had been silently plaguing Ururu these first few hours.

The implication was that everything was made of omnilium. At first that could have just been a metaphor to how valuable it was but with what happened to Saru when she dismissed the body… If that was the case with her own body that could well mean a number of things a few she didn’t want to think on. What worried her was how each of the personas were and some cases are asleep.

That had never happened before.

Though it was an easy matter to wake them up, however she didn’t want to expend the amount of chakra she needed to do so at the moment. And the fact of the matter was her mind still felt jumbled from the stark differences her life had taken in the past few hours let alone the past few days.

One day she was planning on escaping the village, the next she was being captured and then… bam, she was here.

Seriously it was a miracle she was sane.

How does someone not go nuts? How did this affect her world view? She had no world anymore which that alone had a LOT of positives attached. Enough possibly she could be unique. No more shinobi? But He said there were more like her? People beyond the norm? That just meant that humans with too much power, power they didn’t deserve.

Power to end worlds.

Yep that’s what people did the energies of creation, used it to destroy, corrupt and dominate others. She had been very close that as well. Hikaru pulled her back. Her soul saved from damning itself into becoming an abomination that would have seen the world on its knees.

That wasn’t her now. She’d have no part in any war if she could help it.

Now all she had to do was not get dragged into some stranger’s war. Which well, Ururu didn’t want to think about what would motivate her to do that, she just knew it was distinct possibility that she didn’t want to deal with.

They walked on, after all it was a beautiful day and they needed to research this world lest this world become their only and total reality.

If she was going to be free of those shackles of history she wouldn’t let ignorance replace them any more than fate
