Here's my thought process on Soul Resonance; in the anime Soul Resonance is used to basically heighten the duo's abilities and make them a whole lot more powerful. I decided to take it on a slightly lesser route and use it as a way for Black Star to gain access to Tsubaki's abilities, such as Shield Star. Either way, I'll purchase her forms, but any more insight into this would be appreciated. I think I chose a rather difficult character to start off with x)
I'll make the corrections and I'll remove Trap Star for the time being because it's more OM than I have left to spend
Shield Star would take a little preparation time, roughly 10-15 seconds for it to form completely. The shield itself would be roughly 3 foot in diameter and yes, he should remain still.
