Could I abuse my tiara (if I joined as DP)? Is there any cool down on it? Because if there isn't, I could theoretically just keep using SP acquired thru my artefact, and barely touch my own reserves

I'd imagine you could, as long as artifacts are allowed, but having more SP won't give you a competitive edge since Super Moves won't play into your final score.
