But in more serious news, judging by the wording you can charge it for more power. How long can you do so at max? On another note, what's the effective range on it? Can you use it again right after casting one and just bombard a target with stamina-draining blasts as long as your own stamina holds out?
Quote:Stunning Charm [Stupefy]
Cost: 300 Om
Requires: Ranged Proficiency, Debuff
[Rennervate] The counter-spell
Stupify is a spell that is the means of taking someone or something alive in a flurry of scarlet sparks. To that end, this spell seals stamina away as each successful hit will deplete a target’s energy until they drop down into unconsciousness. The spells effects’ are greatly exaggerated when the caster’s ATK is quantitatively larger than the target’s DEF. Incanted, the spell requires a minimum of one and a half seconds to charge, double if non-verbal, with a maximum charge time of ten seconds. The spell can be used once every three seconds in a ten second period without exhausting a wand’s recharge period, and is mildly draining on the caster.
The counter-spell, Rennervate, undoes the Stunning Charm’s sealing equal to the caster’s desire to revive the target. Otherwise the victim must recover their stamina normally.
Better?
Better. Approved at 600 OM, due to charging capabilities.
