In the interest of making this fight look less short and more interesting, Zangetsu and I have clarified something between us, and I'm posting it here so that everyone else can also know for the sake of this fight:
So long as nobody is taking damage and neither side has an extreme advantage, the exchange of several neutral attacks between characters within one post is an okay thing to do. This means that one can just have the two fighters clash plainly swords or something similar for brief while, as opposed to where something like a move or a decisive blow would warrant the other player's input.
