So you could say it is regeneration for Fatigue in battle. I would like to point out that one thing you can't do is supply or restore SP in any fashion. You didn't say you were but it's to be clear.

Also it should probably be in the moves workshop and not move approval, since you aren't trying to get approved.

Yeah, sorry for not being clearer on that; Fatigue is all that I meant by stamina, not SP.

I put it here because I was actually hoping that I could get an idea as to whether it would be something which could get approved. I know I don't actually have the character yet (and may end up not making him at all), but if I can't get an admin's say-so regarding whether this is legal or not then I just know I'll end up getting disappointed when/if I ever actually decide I want to buy it.
