Tch, Specter can't seem to cut a break, can't he? Immediately, he used his powers to create powerful telekinetic waves to blast away remains of the opposing force before he ran off and took a nearby vehicular craft to get away and flew off in the traffic, causing tension among other drivers to avoid this albino right away.
As for now, he'll retreat but he'll be back to finish the fight with Flash another time as for right now, he needed to get away from authority.
Talk about your runaway monkey and worse of all, this one is a threat.
