Some of the stuff would function differently IC than what the description in the rules states (e.g. Foresight would be predicting an enemy's movements because he's just that much of a genius), but this'll do. Also, most of his powers (e.g. Speed & Flight) would only ever be used whilst inside the Shinkiro.

I probably should have given him lower tier transformations to represent the other Knightmare Frames he uses throughout the series, but I'm too lazy.
Also, I can't remember for sure which ones he actually pilots himself, other than the Shinkiro. It's been a while since I last watched Code Geass.
