Vash turned around, taking a look at his surroundings. He stumbled from the disorienting lack of any indication of a floor aside from him being held up. His sharp eyesight catching the gate of steel being guarded by two white-clad men. Perhaps he could ask them about this place. Quickly getting used to the strange nature of The Nexus he strode down this blank slate to the arch. Eventually getting bored of just walking he put his earbuds- but where were the earbuds? searching everything on his person he couldn't find them, swearing he had them he stamped his food on the ground, now how was he going to waste all his idle time off? as he thought something inside him shifted, some kind of instinct gnawed at him as if to tell him that he could fix it, if he could just realize what he could do. Ignoring it for now, he walked and after about an hour he stopped some feeling in the back of his head reeling his mind back to that minuscule desire. Eventually the feeling got to him and he just yelled and thrust his hand out in frustration, suddenly causing an orb to come out of his hand. Realizing what was that released from his hand, he immediately understood what could be done with this material somehow. Shaping it, he remembered what the player and headset looked like, felt like, what the tape sounded like, and shortly he was holding it all in his hand.
For a moment he pondered, what are the limitations of this stuff? Certainly it's no surprise people are after it, but if he could use this to leave then he'd need to get as much of it as he could. Regardless, he needed information if he was going to get anything done. When he reached the storm troopers he made a big grin and introduced himself, "Hey! My name's Vash, what's yours heavily armored soldier guy?" he asked, with a face only an innocent child could make. "I'm on duty, if you want to enter Coruscant submit to a search and enter if not move along" The guard said, in an extremely stoic manner. "Aww, don't be so cold, I'm kinda new here and I need to figure some stuff out about this place." "Figures, Tell you what, I tell you anything and you owe me, got it?" "sure, sure." and after a somewhat lengthy exchange Vash learned the bare minimum of what he needed to know about the Omniverse.
