-Carpe Diem, Seize the Day-
Jan's day had probably gone from good to bad to worse in the sense that the orc battle had finally ended. That cleared up one problem, but caused another as some sort of black cloud moved in out of nowhere and created lots of chaos. Jan made sure every man had made it in before himself.
-Survival of the Fittest
Jan's military training had kicked in as his legs kicked into high gear. He rushed and punched through several orcs. His M-84 rifle's gunfire couldn't be heard over the various other noises but his ears could register the rest of the group. It was then he realized one battle had been won, but not the war. He barely had time to fathom a new plan before a strategic retreat had been called. He wasn't even sure he had heard her yelling before over the loud, brewing storm coming near. Jan yelled to the rest of the group ahead of him "COME ON EVERYONE, EVERY MAN, WOMAN AND CREATURE HAS TO MAKE IT!" "Nobody gets left behind!"
Once a sudden realization kicked in that not everyone had made it, he gritted his teeth and gained a extra sense of adrenaline. The temple doors had made a screeching sound as they threatened to close in front of him. He hadn't noticed it, but a orc was still alive and a a large "snap" of a bow had hit his armor, piercing it and landing into his upper back.
Jan's eyes widened as he gritted his teeth in pain. "SHIT!" He called out as he pulled his body toward the temple doors. He finally made it inside the doors. His eyes were suddenly adjusting to the darkness inside the temple and he dug through his pack. He had to find something to keep the arrow from doing anymore damage to his body. A light had appeared and Jan had to shield his eyes from the sudden brightness. As Jan looked into it, however he was gone.

Group 4
Jan found himself in a room with others, at least what he could hear from their voices so far. Jan's back hurt from the new projectile buried inside his upper back. He just laid there for a bit and tried to once again adjust his eyes to the slight light from the torch in the corner. Jan gritted his teeth and would grin and bear it as he stared up at the strange ... round figure... One of his new allies names were IRIS and the light gave a slight view of the others, he noticed that strange Captain and also that strange doctor with a accent...
Jan grunted a bit and frowned "I'll help you guys out, name's Jan Templar, ISA colonel. Just one of you help me reduce this arrow wound, I'll can walk you through some steps. Let's hope it damn doesn't hurt. Jan frowned at the sight of one of the silver haired man's friend named "Alice..". .... Men, woman and creatures... Allow me to help you through this rough time.. Jan frowned, his memories had to haunt him now of all times.
Alright, ugh.. I don't think i can move much... Hell someone's going to have to help this man up. Jan gritted his teeth and forced out a cry for assistance. The arrow thing wasn't common in the deep future, and hell all him and his men had seen was constant gunfire by the Helghast army and others. What could be next?
