I'm really sorry about the wait. As you can guess, I got caught up in other things.
The move is fine for the most part, but the dependency on specific stats makes it needlessly 'gamey'. Since stats pretty much apply to anything a character does in general, there is really no need to specifically mention that something depends on X and that the opponent is more or less susceptible to it based on Y. Honestly, if you just remove the sections that refer to specific stats, the move will be good to go as is.
