Three things:
1. Can you specify in your history at what point Luger was abducted into the Omniverse?
2. Ranged Proficiency is actually 1000 OM, so make that change.
3. Your move requires Physical Strength Proficiency, so either purchase that or you can create a new move. Also, if you have Ranged Proficiency you're required to make a move using that, so please do so.
This is looking good so far, though, buddy!! Go go go! Post in here when you've made these changes and I'll look at it again.
