Official Move Approval III

Several new moves up for suggestion for Ludwig. I know it isn't alot but it's something to add on for later use.

Lunam Sonate (requires Buff Proficiency) - A strong healing support spell which Ludwig creates a large magic circle where the moon shines down among a ring of musical notes made of energy. This specialized spell is inspired by Ludwig's incredible passion of music. (300)

Does this actually heal damage? If so, you'll need Healing for it as well and you'll need to specify an amount of damage it heals. This doesn't have to be like numerical, but "minor cuts and bruises" or "regrow amputated limbs" will require me to take different looks at it respectively, amongst all the other levels of healing. If healing isn't the goal, what exactly does it do?

Static (requires Homing Proficiency) - Ludwig channels his prowess through his claws, formulating electrical energy before he sends it over to inflict damage to a target. (300)

So it's just like Ludwig shooting lightning bolts from his claws? What's the range? How long does it take him to charge? You'll also need to specify in the description that it homes in on the target. And for reference, this would also need Ranged Proficiency but you have that so no big.

Thunder Klaw (requires Physical Strength/Debuff Proficiency) - An alternate yet more powerful variation of the Koopa Swipe empowered by magic. With the same timing as Static, Ludwig charges his claws with energy before he pierces into his target and it has a chance that it may cause paralysis. (600)

This looks good except like Static, I need to know the exact charge time. Also, can he vary the voltage or is it just a "Ludwig charges to *this point* and then attacks, always"?

Koopa Swipe (requires Physical Strength Proficiency) (300) - An instantaneous melee-based claw swipe that focuses on SPD and ATK aspects of the scenario. It can miss if blocked, dodged or if Ludwig is afflicted with a debuff that lowers his capability to attack under certain circumstances.

So he just swipes with his claws? Approved at 300.
