Alright, but you should still add that fact to the move's description. Also, your sniper rifle can't do 'fatal' damage. Even 'severe' is pushing it, considering this is a regular move and not a Super one. Outside of weak secondaries, don't expect to be pulling off one-hit KOs.

My comments regarding needing more history and description details as well as the ranges for the weapons still apply.
