Well, it's a start. :-) At least now you can go through the joining process. But don't bump the thread so shortly after making it. Only bump a thread if it has been more than 48 hours since you've posted it and a staff member hasn't responded to you.
Since your character is an OC, we're going to need a bit more details about the universe she is from as well as a physical description.
You're also going to have to provide effective ranges for both weapons. Also, do the incendiary bullets have any additional effects or do they just do damage?
