Joining as Shulk, Heir to the Monado!

I've removed Purge's ability to do any damage, how's that for balance? As for the length of the Monado's Ether blade; no, it can't change length unless Buster is activated.

I've also edited Speed, the effect should be 50% weaker on the two allies.
