This fool had spent what seemed to be hours just wandering around the wonderful place we came to know as "The Nexus" Great. Fun. There seemed to be no flavor to this place at all. It wouldn't be wrong to say this place was all "Black and White", but yeah.. it would since it was only the white half. Not even shadows fell over the man and Zangetsu as he walked around aimlessly toting the dead weight that was Zangetsu. Being stuck like this without Ichi-loser's inner world to run around in or that old man to keep him company was getting veery boring. Too boring.
Zangetsu thought things were going to get better when they stumbled upon a group of... refugees by the looks of it. The sword spirit thought it fun to tease them about how they were going to die no matter what they did. From the looks of things, it would seem he was getting on Cyburn's nerves. hehe he even got his name out of him.... Cyburn... sounds like "Sideburn". pfft loser.
Cyburn was so pathetic with his sense of direction that they had led them all the way back to the fountain from which they came. This time three others were there... and all sparked more interest within the sword than this terrorist wannabe. He was, in fact, tired of speaking with him.
The first was a shorter, robe clad man in a wizard-esque hat. His face was concealed in shadows and his eyes radiated a bright yellow color enough to send shivers down the dull edge of his blade. This guy had power.. but judging from his physical stature, it probably wasn't in hand to hand combat. Probably ranged based, whatever this man was.
The woman herself didn't seem better when it came to physical prowess. She seemed.. frail and something about her just screamed the word, "Cold". Whether it was from her narrowed eyes and pale skin to the way her lips curled at the other in a snarl. Ugh... vicious. Both the dark clad man and the pale woman didn't seem to be in the physical condition to wield Zangetsu.... pity. They sure seemed to have enough.. spirit. The other was ruled out simply for the lack of arm, which was a pity as well. The man hosted a number of scars up and down the right side of his body. This man must have been either lucky or skilled enough to survive whatever fights were enough to injure him so.
He sat down in his "Inner world" (the name in which he gave the void, black space within his sword in which his spiritual body was contained) and said, "Don't listen to this idiot... by all means, save me from this dumb-ass".
He said it loud enough for the three to hear him, but even if they did respond Zangetsu was busy inside the sword doing.. sword things. He fetched out his orb of rainbow colored light and rolled it between the palms of his hands. This world didn't operate the way his world did, and Zangetsu knew that. It was shown he could speak aloud to those around him, an impossibility that could not be dreamed of back home. Perhaps.. he could summon something to help him communicate with the outside world.
Did phones work in this dimension? Zangetsu knew humans had them and with a press of a button or two they could talk or send written messages through some telepathic link to another device.. or something like that.
A few moments of concentration and a white, slim device appeared in the zanpakuto's spiritual hand. No buttons on this thing and only had three icons showing on the screen: Email, Dataverse Message Board, and Communicator (Not available atm). The sword spirit turned the device around looking around its structure. It was sleek, yet fragile. He would have to be careful.
For the next moments he spent searching the dataverse, ignoring the outside world. Perhaps he could send a proper invitation. He could use this as a medium to guide proper candidates to his position. He was sure Cyburn wouldn't give whoever showed up much trouble.. that is if they were worthy of laying their hands on Zangetsu's hilt
