You're going to want to expand on all those moves. For example with the beam or a shield we would want to know how long it takes to activate, what it looks like, how big it is, et cetera. All the things on the moves checklist in the moves rules. If you want to see the move approval topic in the help desk that has a lot more examples too.
You wouldn't be able to give yourself boosted movement speed without a power up, or burst movement or super speed. The jumping part would have to be purchased as the super jumping power.
