My name is Adam Malkovich, and I'm the current administrator of MESH. As both a secondary and an artificial intelligence I am limited in my ability to help out directly, but I do not require rest and remain constantly in contact through the Dataverse. Thus, I am adequately able to handle all the administrative duties of MESH.
Prior to my entry into the Omniverse, I was a commanding officer for the Galactic Federation in my home universe. Due to events beyond my control I died, but was resurrected as an artificial intelligence. It was at this point during my life that I was reunited with a former soldier, Samus Aran, who then was operating as a bounty hunter within the Federation systems. Not long after, I found myself pulled to the Omniverse by Aran. Since then I have been serving as her personal aide and confidante.
During my time in the Omniverse I have been witness to some troubling events. Abuses of power by governments – namely, the Empire. Power mongers seeking to take advantage of chaos and weakness. I am no longer satisfied with playing witness to this state of things and being unable to contribute in any way to its betterment. Thus I have made this website, at the behest of Samus Aran, in order to facilitate the growth of an organisation which can accomplish what I, alone cannot.
The name 'MESH' originally arose as a portmanteau of the various names of companions Samus made during the game Dante's Abyss — Mickey Mouse, Erza Scarlet, Samus herself, and Harry Dresden. However I believe the name can come to represent much more than that, and is perfectly fitted for the ideals we wish to install in our organisation. Hence we have adopted it, recognising its origins as well as its potential.
As administrator my role is mainly as liaison between the various sapient components of MESH. You could say that I am the brain of MESH, working mostly behind the scenes in order to facilitate effective use of our resources. I leave the field work to our operatives.
