[spoiler]The music jingle kicks in to the sound of an applauding audience. A meowth with a red ribbon around her neck and gold jewelry sits in a big ol’ host chair.

“Welcome back to the Lady Meowth Show. We’re moments away from learning if Dan Willicker’s the father of Miss Skitty’s child.”

Sitting in the paralell chairs is a pink cat pokemon sitting with an egg, the other is a blond haired man of a higher body weight standard, sitting nervously in his seat.

“I don’t get why any of you assume this is possible. I mean, I’m a human, she’s a cat!” Dan pleads.

The Skitty raises her paw. A translator steps in, quick to convert her words into english.

“Lady Meowth, may I say my word before we get our results?”

“Sure.” Responded the host.

The Skitty jumps down onto the show floor and walks to center stage.

“I’ve been the mother of 5 children previously. My first was with a Pikachu, that relationship didn’t work out. However, four of my children came from my marriage with Wailord.”

And image flashed up with the skitty and a gigantic whale. They were floating together in the middle of the ocean.

“Our love was so great, we were inseparable. Even when society mocked our size difference, we never let it bother us. Ever since he died in that ski accident a month ago, there’s been an empty void in my heart. This is why I chose to sleep with this human. He reminded me of him a bit.”

“I… remind you of a whale?” Responded Dan in disbelief.

Suddenly, another meowth appeared and handed the host a file.

“Well, it’s the moment of truth.”

The host slowly opens the file. The camera pans over Skitty and Dan for added tension as the score plays tense music.

“According to these test results,” began the Meowth host, “It clearly states that you Dan”

One more loop around, the camera slow zooming on the two guests.

“Are the father.”

The crowd goes insane, Dan buckles down in defeat in light of the news. Lady Meowth looks sexily in the camera, you could tell she’s thinking of the money she’ll get from this.

Suddenly, Skitty stands in front of Dan, egg on her back.

“I want you to take our child.”

The crowd silences, uncertain of what they heard is accurate.

“What?” Asked Dan in disbelief.

“I want you to take the child with you on your travels.”

“But… why?”

“All my children, I love them so much, but they will always be Cinnabar children. I want this child a chance to see the world, one that you could grant.”

Dan reaches down and gently picks up the egg and places it in his lap. Skitty jumps up next to him on the arm rest. Suddenly, the eggshell cracks. The entire audience gasps, Dan reels back in surprise.

Suddenly, a tiny skitty head breaks through, shell flying everywhere. The tiny little pink kitty kicks the rest of the shell off and rolls into his hands. The audience coos as the camera zoomes in on the adorable sight. The kitten looks up at her parents. Dan, with tears in his eyes says:

“Okay, I’ll take ‘em.”

The audience applause uproariously at his decision. Dan holds the child up so the mother skitty can see it better, but eventually turns into a hug between the three.[/spoiler]
