I changed the description to remove the auto-hit and made them chance hits, is that alright? Also realized that probably requires more something along the line of telepathy, so I switched that out with flight.
Except now I'm reading in the Moves Guide/FAQ that stat-difference-based moves are discouraged? I'm confused since that seems to be the way Telepathy is explained, as a stat-difference-based move, unless there's something I'm missing. (If I'm cluttering this up too much, I can move this to PM or the Help Desk)
If I'm doing too much then I'll just change it to where she has the homing proficiency like you said.
