Welp, to start you'd need Homing Proficiency for the auto-aim. I would feel more comfortable if there was some way of blocking or countering, but if you make them once per fight then I think the current effects and auto-hit would be fine, since they're fairly mild debuffs. Just add that bit into the description and they're approvable.
Since you'll need Homing, I'll leave you to make a decision on that and rejig as necessary, I'll get back on this in the morning if a mod hasn't approved you. Your account's approved so you're looking good.
Oh and by permanent I just meant she could cast again immediately once the duration was finished. So effectively.
