What Happens When an Unstoppble force Meets an Immovable Object(Name To Be Decided):Combining the use of Burst Movement and Super Speed, Retane utilizes both powers in effective accord. The namekian is able to launch into Super Speed as quick as his Instincts allow him. He can also utilize Burst Movement to propel him into a different direction or even stop himself instantaneously if need be while using Super Speed

Requirements: Burst Movement and Super Speed. Keep in Mind I have Instincts as RP fodder and Enhanced Senses: Mastered as well(Because, yes I might hear or feel something coming my way or in my path.)
